Description
Aitech Defense Systems is hiring a Junior Quality Engineer to support its Quality Management System and customer quality requirements in a regulated aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. The role coordinates customer and contract quality reviews, nonconformance and MRB activities, root-cause and corrective-action investigations, AS9102 first article inspection reports, quality metrics, supplier corrective actions, internal audits, compliance documentation, and basic product inspections. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least one year of quality engineering experience, U.S. person status under ITAR, and strong analytical, documentation, communication, Microsoft Office, and engineering-document interpretation skills.
