The full-time hybrid role supports the full recruitment lifecycle for Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and corporate positions supporting federal government contracts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate records, onboarding coordination, and talent-pipeline development. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, have at least two years of recruiting or staffing experience, and be able to work on-site in McLean every Wednesday; local candidates only. The salary range is $55,000 to $60,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
