Transdev GmbH is hiring a Junior Recruiter in Berlin for an immediate start on a full-time, 40-hour, one-year fixed-term contract. The role manages recruiting for blue- and white-collar roles, collaborates with management and recruiting leads, creates and optimizes job advertisements, coordinates selection processes, and organizes recruiting events and candidate days. Candidates should have initial recruiting experience, preferably in-house, experience with operational specialist departments, strong German and English skills, knowledge of recruiting methods and personnel marketing, applicant-management-system and Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.
