The position supports full-cycle recruitment, including talent acquisition, job posting, resume screening, interviewing, background checks, onboarding, workforce data, compliance, and employee development. It offers $50,000–$55,000 annually, medical, vision, and dental coverage, paid training, PTO, and a 401(k). A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and U.S. work authorization are required; Mandarin bilingual ability is a plus.
