EliseAI is hiring a Junior Research Scientist to develop and refine machine learning architectures for conversational AI, analyze data to improve AI solutions, apply mathematical and machine learning techniques to tenant engagement and customer interaction problems, research advanced AI methods, and deploy models with engineering, product, and data science teams. The role requires a Ph.D. in Mathematics, Theoretical Physics, Computer Science, or a related field, strong machine learning and statistical foundations, programming proficiency, and in-office availability four to five days per week. It includes a two-month trial period before transitioning to full-time employment, with a salary range of $150,000 to $230,000 plus equity and benefits.
