Description
The Reservations Agent will sell rooms and hotel services for Cape Grace, a five-star Fairmont Managed Hotel in Cape Town, and handle telephone and email enquiries, room-rate quotations, bookings, special requests, deposits, guest confirmations, and follow-up. The role requires strong communication, sales, guest-service, numerical, and English skills, along with knowledge of the Opera property management system and Microsoft Office; a Grade 12 or equivalent is required, while hospitality management and TARS experience are advantageous. The position involves shift work and coordination with other hotel departments.
