Description
The Junior Sales Consultant will expand the company’s target market and guide customers toward HR, Payroll, and HCR application solutions. The role manages the full sales negotiation process from proposal through closing, prioritizing customer needs. Candidates need at least 2–3 years of ICT, Telco, or similar sales experience, CRM experience, a degree or diploma in economics or engineering, digital collaboration skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, and English proficiency. The position offers a full-time equivalent salary of €38,000–€51,000, a hybrid work model, and a 4-day workweek.
