Valatam is hiring a 100% remote Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to perform outbound prospecting and support sales administration for global clients. The role includes cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach, lead qualification, discovery-call scheduling, CRM/tracker updates, pipeline reporting, correspondence, document organization, market research, and administrative support. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, have 1–2 years of sales or administrative experience, use Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and maintain a suitable remote-work setup. Compensation is USD 696–1,044 per month, with insurance and other benefits.
