ITC Logistic is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support new and existing customers in road transport and warehouse logistics. The role involves preparing quotations and offers, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with dispatch, warehouse, billing, and other specialist departments, supporting new customer orders, and developing customer relationships. Candidates must have completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, have an interest in sales and direct customer contact, and understand transport, freight forwarding, and logistics processes. Sales experience is not required, and the position is on-site in Willich, Germany.
