Flourish is hiring a Junior Sales Representative to join its London Victoria office-based team. The role involves researching prospective clients, building relationships through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, understanding business needs, arranging meetings, following up, and maintaining CRM records. The position offers structured sales training, daily coaching, mentorship, and progression into Business Development Executive and further commercial roles. It is full time, five days per week during the initial development period, and pays £32,000 base salary plus performance-based commission.
