Description
SGS is hiring a Junior Sampling Technician to support air emission measurements for industrial clients throughout the Netherlands. The role involves preparing equipment, setting up measurement setups at industrial sites, conducting emissions measurements, recording and verifying data, securing samples, and supporting result processing. The position includes an intensive learn-while-you-work program with training to become an independent Sampling Technician in about 1 to 2 years, travel to measurement locations, and possible hotel stays for multi-day projects. Applicants need a completed MBO, MLO, or HBO qualification in a technical or chemical field, a driver’s license B, Dutch language proficiency, flexibility, and no fear of heights. The salary is €2,800 to €3,250 gross per month, with vacation days and secondary employment benefits.
