ILIAS Solutions is hiring a Junior Scrum Master to support one or more defence software Squads. The role facilitates Scrum ceremonies, removes impediments, partners with Market Product Managers and Tech Writers, monitors team health and Agile metrics, and coordinates cross-Squad dependencies. It is a permanent, full-time hybrid position with two days on-site per week, offering mentoring and professional development opportunities. Candidates need up to two years of Agile experience, Scrum and Agile knowledge, facilitation and communication skills, English proficiency, and eligibility to obtain national or NATO security clearance.
