FlyAkeed is hiring an early-career Junior Scrum Master in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to support an agile software product squad. The role facilitates Scrum ceremonies, maintains Jira or similar agile tooling, supports backlog and sprint preparation, tracks delivery metrics, removes impediments, and promotes collaboration and continuous improvement under the mentorship of a Senior Scrum Master. Candidates should have 0–2 years of Scrum Master experience, foundational Scrum knowledge, strong organization and communication skills, fluent English, and preferably a Scrum Master certification or exposure to Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
