AMGEN is hiring a Junior Scrum Master for its Global Commercial Operations – Digital, Technology and Innovation capability team in Lisbon, Portugal. The role facilitates Scrum and scaled Agile ceremonies, coaches teams, supports backlog refinement and sprint delivery, removes impediments, monitors progress, and helps teams achieve higher Scrum maturity. It requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, strong Agile and Scrum knowledge, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills; certifications and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, cybersecurity, and SIEM tools are preferred.
