The SOC Analyst delivers operational security services to outsourcing accounts, accepting and analyzing security incidents, logging and prioritizing incidents, performing generic troubleshooting, escalating issues, and minimizing unplanned downtime in customer production environments. The role works on shifts including night shifts, requires a computer science degree or equivalent certification, English fluency, and strong analytical and communication skills.
