Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Junior Security Analyst to monitor enterprise customers’ IT security environments, detect and respond to security events, assess vulnerabilities and compliance profiles, triage alerts, and coordinate incident response with Level 2 and Level 3 teams. The role also involves ITIL-based change, problem, and incident management, customer support, and project contributions. It is an intermediate-level hybrid position requiring an average of two days per week at an HPE office, a university degree or degree in progress, at least one year of customer support experience, and knowledge of enterprise computing, TCP/IP, security incident response, monitoring tools, and Microsoft Office.
