West Monroe is hiring a Junior ServiceNow Consultant to assist experienced consultants with configuring and customizing ServiceNow solutions, gathering requirements, designing workflows and forms, testing, debugging, deploying, documenting, and supporting post-implementation activities. The role is entry-level and intended for recent graduates or students with a bachelor’s degree in progress, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and July 2026. The position requires U.S. work authorization, residence within 50 miles of the assigned office, and travel Monday through Thursday up to 50% in a hybrid work model.
