Kubicki Draper is seeking a Tampa-based insurance defense attorney with at least 7 years of civil litigation experience, especially third-party bodily injury and catastrophic personal injury matters such as automobile claims, traumatic brain injuries, major property or business injuries, and wrongful death. The attorney will handle pleadings, motions, discovery, hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and trials. Florida Bar membership in good standing and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are required.
