Description
The Junior Site Supervisor will support the day-to-day management of civil engineering and urban infrastructure projects, including sewer replacement, residential street redevelopment, cycle-path construction, and square and intersection renovation. The role involves supervising work crews, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring progress, supporting resident and accessibility matters, and checking safety and quality. Candidates should have a basic foundation in site execution, a completed MBO or HBO qualification in Civil Engineering or civil engineering and infrastructure, or relevant practical experience, along with at least one to three years of infrastructure experience. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,500 to €4,500, a company electric car, development budgets, pension accrual, and opportunities to progress to an independent site supervisor.
