Description
The Junior Civil Site Supervisor supports the day-to-day organization of civil engineering construction projects, including residential neighborhoods, sewer replacements, road structures, and street redevelopment. The role involves preparing schedules, coordinating with foremen and skilled workers, checking drawings and deliveries, recording progress, and inspecting completed work. It is an entry-level, outdoor position with mentorship from an experienced site supervisor, progression toward independent responsibility, and benefits including holiday allowance, a company car or mobility budget, training, pension accrual, and guidance.
