Description
The Junior Site Supervisor will support assembly and/or construction projects from start-up through handover, learning to monitor projects, organize construction sites, coordinate with clients and engineering consultancies, and oversee schedules, safety, and quality. The role also involves directing and guiding workers and subcontractors, answering technical questions, and handling practical site challenges under the support of an experienced coach. Candidates should be graduating or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in construction engineering, be motivated to learn and take responsibility, communicate fluently, and work safely; French knowledge is an advantage but not required.
