Deutsche Bahn is hiring a Junior Site Supervisor for rail infrastructure and structural engineering at DB InfraGO AG in Koblenz or Trier. The role coordinates contractors, oversees construction quality and schedules, monitors plant and operational safety, supports specifications and bills of quantities, and manages construction progress, invoices, and change orders. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or comparable qualification, strong communication and negotiation skills, digital IT proficiency, and a valid Class B driver’s license; initial experience in change-order management, cost estimation, VOB, HOAI, and applicable regulations is advantageous.
