SRC CAN Ltd is hiring a Junior Software Developer to design, develop, test, and integrate next-generation Electronic Warfare Operational Support Systems for the Department of National Defence. The role involves eliciting software requirements, contributing to Agile software development, supporting continuous improvement, and monitoring project status. It is based in a hybrid environment in Ottawa, Ontario, with normal office work and occasional work at Department of National Defence facilities. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma, strong technical and data engineering skills, English communication skills, and eligibility for Canadian export control and security regulations; Java, TypeScript, Python, React, PostgreSQL, VS Code, CI/CD, Linux, and Windows experience are preferred. The estimated annual salary is $60,000 to $87,550.
