Gustav Obermeyer GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a Junior Software Developer in Special Purpose Machine Building in Plauen to support the development of software for filling, capping, and packaging machines. The role covers operator interfaces, diagnostics, data and service tools, machine-HMI-PLC-camera-IPC interfaces, vision and robotics applications, practical machine testing, documentation, and emerging topics such as AI, industrial IT, and cybersecurity. The position is based in Plauen with partial mobile work possible after onboarding and requires programming experience, knowledge of Linux or modern development tools, logical thinking, interest in automation, and very good German language skills.
