SMX is hiring a Software Engineer to support a government client in Huntsville, Alabama. The role involves building and modifying software, developing, testing, debugging, and improving applications; connecting SQL and Dataverse data; configuring GitLab pipelines; integrating APIs and web services; modernizing legacy applications to hybrid cloud environments; and maintaining documentation. The position requires a Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least one year of relevant software experience, and experience with Azure, AWS, GitLab pipelines, JavaScript, jQuery, web services, APIs, HTML, and CSS. The engineer must reside within a 70-mile radius of Redstone Arsenal and work onsite.
