Axon is hiring a Junior Software Engineer to develop high-quality mission-critical software for public safety. The role involves end-to-end feature ownership, code reviews, architecture design, quality and performance validation, and collaboration with Product and Design in an AI-first engineering environment. The position is based in the Ho Chi Minh City office on a hybrid schedule, with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, two or more years of relevant experience, or a coding boot camp, along with a professional software development internship and experience with a managed language such as Java, Scala, Go, or C#.
