Fospha is hiring a Software Engineer in London to work across frontend UI/UX, backend services, databases, and APIs using React/Next.js, Python, Aurora PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB. The role involves independently delivering small-to-medium features, writing tested code, participating in code reviews, resolving bugs, collaborating with product and design teams, and learning AI-assisted development. Candidates should have some hands-on software engineering experience, including internships, placements, personal or open-source projects, or up to approximately two years of professional experience, along with React.js or Next.js, Python, and database exposure.
