Description
MetaPhase is hiring a Jr-Software Engineer to work directly with customers and mission users, translating operational challenges into cloud-native software solutions. The role involves prototyping, building, testing, deploying, and operating applications and services across cloud infrastructure, APIs, data, automation, and user experiences, while using AI-assisted tools and maintaining secure, automated delivery workflows. The position requires 2–4 years of relevant software engineering experience, cloud and CI/CD experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Public Trust or DHS suitability clearance. It is based in Reston, Virginia, with four days per week onsite and an estimated U.S. compensation range of $75,000–$100,000.
