Lexroom is hiring a Junior Software Engineer to expand and maintain its legal database and support generative AI implementation. The role involves building Python web scrapers, developing internal tools, collaborating with Legal Engineers, and maintaining backend systems and data processing pipelines for legal data and NLP algorithms. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, 0–3 years of software engineering experience, Python proficiency, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and fluency in Italian and English. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement from the Milan headquarters, an annual salary of €30,000–€50,000, equity, meal vouchers, performance bonuses, and team retreats.
