Description
The Software Quality Engineer will design and execute manual and automated test plans, cases, and scripts across web, mobile, and backend systems; identify and track defects; validate bug fixes and releases; collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders; and improve QA processes and standards. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, experience with test planning and data preparation, functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing, familiarity with JIRA and Agile/Scrum, strong analytical and communication skills, and English proficiency; Mandarin is an advantage and automated testing experience is a plus.
