Domes Resorts is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for their 5-star resort, Domes Aulus Zante, in Zante, Greece. The successful candidate will act as the second-in-command to the Chef de Cuisine, overseeing dish preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring culinary standards are met. Responsibilities include supporting daily kitchen operations, assisting with menu development, overseeing food preparation and presentation, maintaining food safety and hygiene, managing inventory, and training kitchen staff.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a hotel, high-volume, or fine dining environment.
