Description
The Junior Store Manager will complete a 12-month trainee period across different store types, then have the opportunity to lead their own store. The role covers sales and customer service, product presentation, cash desk activities, sales-team support, store operations and staff scheduling, compliance, sales analysis, and hands-on fashion retail. Candidates need vocational retail training, organization, a service-oriented and team-player approach, and willingness to travel between stores; a driver’s license and access to a car are required.
