Description
The Junior Store Manager will complete a 12-month trainee period across different store formats, then have the opportunity to manage a store independently. The role covers sales and customer service, product presentation, cash register duties, sales-team support, store operations, staff scheduling, compliance, and sales analysis. Candidates need retail vocational training, strong organization, a service-oriented and hands-on approach, teamwork, and flexibility to travel between stores; a driver’s license and access to a car are required.
