Description
The Junior Store Manager participates in a 12-month trainee program across different store formats, then may run their own store. Responsibilities include sales and customer service, product presentation, cashier duties, supporting the sales team, store operations and staff scheduling, compliance, and sales analysis. The role requires retail training, organization, customer-service orientation, teamwork, physical activity, fashion awareness, and flexible travel between stores; a driver’s license and car availability are required.
