Description
The Junior Store Manager will complete a 12-month trainee period across different store formats, then have the opportunity to lead their own store. The role covers sales and customer service, merchandise presentation, cash register duties, supporting the sales team, store organization and staff scheduling, compliance, sales analysis, and hands-on store operations. Candidates need retail training, strong organization, service orientation, teamwork, and flexibility to travel between stores; a driver’s license and car availability are required.
