Description
The Junior Store Manager participates in a 12-month trainee program across different store formats, then may run their own store. Responsibilities include sales and customer service, product presentation, cashier duties, sales-team support, store organization, workforce planning, compliance, and sales analysis. Candidates need retail vocational training, organizational and planning skills, a service-oriented and hands-on approach, teamwork, and flexibility to travel between stores; a driver’s license and access to a car are required.
