Description
The Junior Store Manager will complete a 12-month trainee period across different store types, then have the opportunity to manage a store independently. The role covers sales and customer service, product display and promotional setups, cash register activities, sales-team support, daily store operations and staff scheduling, compliance, sales analysis, and hands-on sales across stores. Candidates need retail vocational training, organizational and planning skills, a service-oriented and team-oriented approach, and willingness to travel between stores; a driver’s license and access to a car are required.
