Description
The Junior Store Manager will complete a 12-month trainee period across different store formats, then have the opportunity to run their own store. Responsibilities include sales and customer service, product presentation, promotional setups, cash register operations, supporting the sales team, staffing planning, compliance, and sales analysis. The role requires retail vocational training, organization, physical activity, a service mindset, teamwork, and flexible travel between stores; a driver’s license and access to a car are required.
