Description
The Junior Store Manager will complete a 12-month trainee period across different store types before potentially running their own store. The role covers sales and customer service, merchandise display, cash register duties, sales-team support, store operations and staffing, compliance, and sales analysis. Candidates need vocational retail training, organizational and planning skills, a service-oriented and hands-on approach, teamwork, and flexibility to travel between stores; a driver’s license and access to a car are required.
