The Junior Store Manager completes a 12-month trainee program across different store formats, then may run their own store. Responsibilities include sales and customer service, product presentation, cash register operations, supporting the sales team, organizing store operations and staff scheduling, ensuring compliance, and analyzing sales figures. Candidates need retail training, strong organization, a service-oriented and hands-on approach, teamwork, and flexibility to travel between stores; a driver’s license and car availability are required.
