Description
The Junior Store Manager will complete a 12-month trainee period across different store formats, then have the opportunity to manage their own store. The role covers sales and customer service, product presentation, cash register duties, sales-team support, store organization, staff scheduling, compliance, and sales analysis. Candidates need vocational retail training, strong organization, a service-oriented and hands-on approach, teamwork, and the ability to travel between stores; a driver’s license and car availability are required.
