AFRY is hiring an experienced Structural Engineer to join its Finland-based team and work on diverse structural projects across materials, new-build and renovation work, and all project stages. The role involves preparing and verifying Eurocode- and Finnish-standard calculations, supporting 3D modeling, producing accurate calculations, drawings, and models, and taking responsibility for design quality. Candidates need a structural engineering degree, 5–10 years of experience, proficiency with RFEM, Tekla Structures, and AutoCAD, Nordic-country project experience, and the ability to develop Finnish language skills for Finnish design documentation.
