Description
The Junior Infrastructure Structural Engineer will learn structural analysis and design for bridges, quay walls, underpasses, foundations, and other civil structures. The role involves performing concrete and steel calculations, determining loads and load combinations, preparing structural schemes and calculation models, checking digital models with hand calculations, and helping determine reinforcement, profiles, and structural dimensions. The position is intended for someone beginning a structural engineering career, with mentorship, project-site visits, and a structured development program. An HBO or WO degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a comparable field is required, while analytical ability and eagerness to learn are decisive.
