Description
The Junior Structural Revit Modeler will translate structural designs into accurate 3D Revit models and drawings for foundations, steel, concrete, columns, beams, floors, and stability systems. The role supports structural engineers, processes design changes, checks component interfaces, and follows BIM standards while participating in design reviews. It is intended for someone with a relevant building, civil, or built-environment qualification, Revit experience, technical and spatial insight, Dutch proficiency, and interest in structural design. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,000–€4,000, vacation and roster days, a vacation allowance, a personal development budget, pension accrual, and opportunities to progress toward structural modeler, BIM coordinator, or structural engineer.
