Description
The Junior Sustaining Engineer minimizes product downtime by troubleshooting technical issues, resolving component life-cycle problems, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing and engineering environments. The role collaborates with engineers, operators, and quality personnel; performs root-cause analysis and corrective actions; reviews electronic circuits and component datasheets; identifies alternative components; and finds cost-saving opportunities through circuit or component replacement and process improvement. A bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or a related discipline and GCES or equivalent English and mathematics qualifications are required.
