Belay Technologies is hiring a Junior Systems Engineer to support TO-005, Report Authoring and Dissemination (RAD), and oversee the planning, design, and implementation of a mission-critical system. The role involves gathering and decomposing requirements, creating user stories, curating sprint backlogs, supporting developers, conducting initial functional testing, presenting features to government customers, collaborating with UX, and participating in Agile ceremonies. Candidates need a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, customer-facing requirements skills, Jira and Confluence familiarity, functional testing experience, and knowledge of software development concepts.
