The Junior Systems Optimization Analyst will support data entry and reporting workflows, analyze reporting systems and data pipelines, configure automated processes, monitor data integrity, troubleshoot systems, identify workflow gaps, and recommend scalable improvements. The role requires Microsoft Access VBA, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, along with working knowledge of C# or Python, rapid-development tools, and emerging AI and automation technologies.
