Attain is hiring a full-time Junior Talent Partner in Chicago to support its People Operations and Talent Acquisition functions. The role coordinates interviews across time zones, maintains ATS records, supports hiring managers with recruiting logistics, improves candidate experience, tracks recruiting metrics, and helps build agentic AI workflows. It requires at least one year of recruiting operations, coordination, HR, or related administrative experience, or relevant internship experience, along with AI workflow, organizational, communication, and ATS skills.
