Attio is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to connect Engineering, Product, and Design leadership with software engineers across Europe. The role owns high-volume inbound processing, builds sourcing strategies for difficult engineering roles, supports recruiting events and community engagement, and runs end-to-end processes from screening through offer management and reporting. The position seeks candidates with a track record of recruiting engineers into startups or scale-ups, experience with high-bar software engineering hiring, hands-on AI-first sourcing and screening, and experience in high-growth environments.
