Description
The company is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide hands-on, multidisciplinary support for complex robotic systems used in vision-saving surgery. The role involves installing, calibrating, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining robotic systems at company facilities and customer or partner sites abroad, including international travel for installations, demonstrations, and field support. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong technical and troubleshooting skills, familiarity with mechanical, electrical, software, and electromechanical systems, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with R&D and engineering teams.
